The manufacturer should have provided a small slot so the phone can be charged without removing it from the case. I made my own, but it hurts to take a knife to a brand new case!

The quality of the case is great, however, there is no entry slot for the USB/Battery plug. I was very upset that I had to create my own. I think that the company falsely advertised the fact that there was easy access to everything while the phone is in the case, but that is not the case. Unless you create your own entry slot by cutting the leather, you will have to remove the phone from the case EVERY time you want to charge the phone or synch it to your computer.
