All I can say is that I am INCREDIBLY disappointed with this cradle. If it wasn't for the fact that you can sync with it in addition to charging, it would have no redeeming qualities.
Everything works with the exception of the CRADLE! How hard would it be to mold the actual cradle to the specs? With no type of skins whatsoever (I actually removed mine in hopes I could make it work)I still have to virtually force my Q into the cradle and then it rises back up so that the sync cable doesn't even line up with the port.
