ear-piece gasket fall off

Cons:	rubber gasket on ear-piece falls off

The earpiece has a rubber gasket that falls off with increasing regularity and you will eventually loose it. Once its lost the device will no longer sit comfortably in your ear and it will become very loose. Motorola doesnt supply replacements outside the warentee.
