It is hard to get out of the holster. But, you can get a plugin head set with an answer switch which will allow you to activate voice recognition so you can make as well as answer calls without ever removing the phone from the holster. If you're tough on your phone, it's worth it. The hard plastic screen is also easy to clean.
Great case for those on the go!

This is a great case for people that keep their Q in their pockets or a backpack. It has kept my Q safe from several of those "OHH-EMM-GEE!!" falls and even an incident involving a skateboard. The screen protector does not slide around which means it won't end up scratching your screen.
I have to agree that the holster is a bit over engineered for safety though. It is a very tight fit and you will get your phone out just in time to check your latest voice mail. Also, the case is very "grippy" so if you plan on keeping your phone in jeans that have small pockets you may have a bit of trouble getting it out. This is also not a good choice for people that regularly change their batteries or micro SD cards.

As rugged as advertised

Great if you using Bluetooth. Great if you know how to leave the phone in the holster. Great if your accident prone with a cell phone. Great value. Horrible if you need to change the battery or remove it from the holster. Horrible in the long run if you keep removing it from the holster because the tough grips will tear into the skin. Adds a significant amount of wait to a very light phone. Overall, if you are tough on a phone get then buy it, because the seperate screen comes in handy. Ill probably by a new one in the near future just because its better than a leather and plastic case and because of the toughness of the product.
GOOD except for holster

Pros:
Case
Cons:
Holster
I just got this the other day, and I must say I am not very happy with it. The auctal case that the Q goes in is very nice and tough, and will do a great job of protecting the Q. The holster that comes with this product is poor. It is impossible to get the Q out of the holster before someone hangs up. You have to use two hands just to get this thing out of the holster and it appears that it wont take long for the holster to rip a hole in the top of the rubber case from friction. I will still use this case but the holster is in the trash.
The Best Case - The worst holster

Pros:
Very tough case and stylish
Cons:
The Holster is worthless
When I got my case, I slipped it on my Q and it looked awesome but after trying to remove the Q from the holster and replacing it for a day or so, I noticed that the design of the holster was flawed. The flaw is located at the holster's top arms, these arms have horizontal supports that actually dig into the material (due to improper measurements); causing the material to degrade from the friction and thus causing the material to rip or tear . The company should consider revising the design of the holster because I along with my colleagues think that this is a great product and deserves a better holster.
